This is a unique opportunity for a senior infrastructure professional to lead the delivery of technically complex, multi-disciplinary projects - both regionally and internationally. Our client's portfolio spans everything from large-scale urban masterplanning to campus and building-scale developments, with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and low-carbon solutions.
This is a key client-facing role, offering the chance to expand your influence, build relationships, and contribute to wider business development and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multi-disciplinary civil infrastructure projects from concept through to construction.
- Oversee technical design and project performance, with responsibility for programme, quality, and financial outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership across highways, utilities, drainage, and urban development schemes.
- Guide and mentor teams across disciplines, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, offering expert advice and developing tailored infrastructure strategies.
- Prepare and review technical reports, design specifications, and procurement documents.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through client relationship management and networking.
- Represent the business at industry forums, conferences, and client presentations.
Your Profile
- Strong technical grounding in infrastructure or urban development engineering.
- A successful track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects at a senior level.
- Proven leadership in a core discipline (e.g. highways, sustainable drainage, utilities).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities.
- A commercially minded approach with strong financial and resource planning skills.
- Proficiency in key design software including AutoCAD, Civils 3D and MicroDrainage.
- Chartered status (or equivalent) with a relevant professional institution.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving sustainable infrastructure solutions.
