Founded in 2001 with a focus on representing brands in sports, we provide our clients with a full-service marketing approach, including sponsorship consulting, media planning and buying, creative production and design, experiential marketing, hospitality, public relations, social media and data & insights.rEvolution is seeking an Associate Director, Live Events to join our growing sports marketing agency. In this role, reporting to the Group Director, Head of Live Events, you will be responsible for helping lead all aspects of planning and execution on numerous high-level, high-profile client events.You WillPlan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion across key motorsports accounts.Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize resources and achieve cost savings.Work with internal rEvolution teams (Client Services, Creative, etc.) to ensure events stay on track according to the program timeline and within budget.Coordinate all logistical event details including but not limited to venue selection, contract negotiations, financial management, guest online registration and communication, air and ground transportation, hotel, merchandise, tickets, activities, printed collateral/signage, audio visual, catering, talent/entertainment, gifting, etc.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, sponsors, and other stakeholders, maintaining open communication and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Recruit, train, and supervise event staff and volunteers, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.Oversee event setup, operations, and teardown, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement, analysing metrics such as attendance, revenue, and participant satisfaction.Manage other team members assigned to their event and ensure that their components are being completed at the highest standards as well as setting and maintaining a comprehensive production schedule for all team members to adhere to.Pursue opportunities to grow the business organically.Develop clear and concise external and internal presentations and communications.You Have7-10 years of experience in the hospitality and event management industry1+ year of experience of managing direct reports5+ years of experience leading/managing corporate hospitality events for C-suite guests with a focus on Motorsports, specifically F1Degree in Event Management, Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.Strong understanding of sports industry trends, regulations, and best practices, especially F1 motorsports.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.The ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.Proficiency in event management software (CVENT preferred)Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.This hybrid role is based in our fabulous London office, but has a global reach.Our Benefits IncludeMedical/Dental/Vision insurancePension scheme w/ Company MatchGenerous time off policyPaid Maternity and Paternity Leave coverageSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesAdvertising Services
