Role: Associate Director – Major Property Relocation Duration: 18 months – 2 years FTC Location: Central London Hybrid Working: c3 days in the Office

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Associate Director to work with the Deputy Director on the relocation and development planning for a substantial group of tenants as part of a major regeneration programme. This is a client-side role within a major public sector organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Support on the relocation of a large, complex tenant group, including highly unionised stakeholders, ensuring their operational needs are fully understood and met. Define user requirements and assess location options to support business continuity and long-term viability (identify sites and help tenant group assess options) Guide stakeholders through the process of identifying appropriate new sites and lead the development of schemes to configure those sites to meet operational needs.
