Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious senior quantitative researcher to move into an Associate Director role with a boutique research consultancy that’s built its reputation on delivering sophisticated, strategic insight and true market understanding.

As Associate Director, you’ll be leading a small, talented team and overseeing a wide range of quantitative projects, shaping proposals, managing delivery, and turning data into compelling, story-led recommendations. You’ll be client-facing from the outset, building strong relationships, spotting growth opportunities and contributing to the development of new products and services that keep the agency at the forefront of innovation.

We’re looking for someone already operating at Senior Research Manager or Associate Director level in a research agency or consultancy environment, with strong expertise in quantitative research design, delivery and analysis. You’ll also bring line management experience, with the ability to support, mentor and inspire junior colleagues while ensuring projects run smoothly and deliver impactful strategic insights.

This role will suit someone entrepreneurial and proactive, who likes autonomy, thrives in a fast-paced boutique setting and is keen to play a big part in shaping both client outcomes and agency growth.
