We’re seeking a highly creative and commercially astute Associate Director to lead masterplanning and urban design projects. This 12-month maternity cover role offers the opportunity to lead innovative, high-quality work across large-scale developments while mentoring a talented team and contributing to business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple masterplanning and urban design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment.
• Inspire, mentor, and develop junior designers while fostering a collaborative and innovative studio environment.
• Act as a key client contact, nurturing relationships and identifying new opportunities for repeat and future business.
• Collaborate on business development strategies and support fee proposals and negotiations.
• Ensure strong financial oversight, including project resourcing and cost control.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale, creative masterplanning and urban design projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and project management expertise.
• A degree in a relevant design field (or equivalent experience).
