About the Role

The business is seeking an Associate Director to join its Mixed Use team in Bristol. This role will oversee the day-to-day management of large and prestigious London-based mixed-use portfolios, with a blend of commercial and residential assets. It offers the opportunity to take full ownership of properties, lead a team, and play a pivotal role in driving strategy, service excellence, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing mixed-use properties including occupier liaison, service charge budgets, and compliance
• Driving sustainability initiatives and customer experience frameworks across portfolios
• Partnering with clients to deliver asset management strategies and support new business opportunities
• Leading and developing a team in line with company values
• Ensuring full compliance with RICS, ISO and statutory requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar property management role (commercial and residential)
• MRICS qualification is desirable
• Strong technical knowledge of service charge management and compliance frameworks
• Exceptional client relationship skills and proven leadership experience
