Overview I'm currently working with an impressive building consultancy, who are looking to add a Bristol based Chartered, Associate Director level, Building Surveyor to their small but high calibre team. Responsibilities

Lead their Bristol office as a Chartered, Associate Director level Building Surveyor. Deliver a range of professional and project services across industrials and commercial work. Manage a considerable pipeline of existing work due to a large framework agreement, collaborating with Asset Managers and Investor clients. Support and develop the Bristol team with opportunities for leadership and growth into Director level roles. Contribute to the continued development of the consultancy, building on its established presence in Manchester, London and other locations.

Qualifications & Experience

Chartered Building Surveyor with Associate Director level experience. Proven capability to lead a regional office and manage a diverse project portfolio.
