Associate Director of Fire Engineering

We’re looking for an experienced Fire Engineering professional to help shape the future of a new service stream, working alongside our established Building Safety (Building Regulations) and Construction Safety teams. This is a senior role at the forefront of our next phase of development, offering the chance to build something from the ground up within a national consultancy that values innovation, technical excellence, and long-term strategic growth.

The Role As Associate Director of Fire Engineering, you’ll take the lead in developing and delivering a market-leading service that’s built on technical integrity, commercial instinct, and strong client relationships. You’ll be responsible for building and growing a high-performing Fire Engineering team while overseeing project delivery across a range of high-profile commercial, high-rise, and high-end development projects. You’ll work closely with our Business Support Team, Senior Management Team, and company Directors to develop and embed a high-quality, market-leading fire engineering service with a clear pathway to full Director level within 24 months for the right individual.
