Cobalt is working with a leading national property consultancy to appoint an Associate Director to help shape and lead their Facilities Management operations across a high-profile regional portfolio. This is a senior client-facing role, supporting the FM Director in the day-to-day leadership and development of a growing team. You'll also oversee your own commercial portfolio, working across multiple sites and helping to set the regional standard for service delivery, compliance, and customer experience.
