The Role

We are now looking for an Associate Director of Governance to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your role will encompass leading our governance, risk, compliance, and audit functions.

You will oversee our constitutional processes, board and committee support, risk management frameworks, and internal audits. This includes managing trustee elections, acting as Data Protection Officer, and supporting the President, Governance Boards, and Audit and Risk Committee.

Driving a culture of professional excellence and continuous improvement, you will ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and lead the development of a single-entry process for handling complaints.
