The role will provide the operational leadership to our inpatient and crisis services within the central locality of NSFT. This will involve close work with system partners across central including NNUH and EEAST, and with several NSFT teams. The post holder will drive improved performance across crisis pathways and support improved flow through inpatient wards while maintaining a high quality of service. As part of the central locality leadership team, the post holder will demonstrate supportive and compassionate leadership while embedding accountability and a focus on improvement. The Associate Director of Operations will work closely with the Associate Directors of Nursing and Medical Director(s) to ensure high quality care and provide professional leadership to operational colleagues across the locality. You will promote a culture of learning and openness and ensure clinical staff have the knowledge, capability, systems and support to deliver evidence‑based care and embed lessons learned in practice for the improvement of patient experience.
