Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pmSalary: Dependent upon experience plus annual bonus opportunityLocation: Based at our Nottingham office, with some opportunity for home working, and a requirement to travel to all company offices for effective team and commission management.Role OverviewDo you want to help shape what happens next with the country’s health estate? Working in partnership with key stakeholders, you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of health centres that are making a real difference to the communities they serve. Reporting to Director of Operational Partnerships, the successful candidate will operate from our Nottingham office and provide oversight over the 4 LIFTCos across Nottinghamshire (2 LIFTCos), Derbyshire and Leicestershire. The role will include responsibility as General Manager for the delivery of the obligations under our Management Services Agreements (MSAs) to each of the four LIFTCos, and the maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders across these areas.Support in this role is provided by dedicated general management, operational, financial, and business development resources.Key ResponsibilitiesOversight of the delivery of our MSAs for the 4 LIFTCos including:Establishing and maintaining a close professional relationship with the relevant Boards and individual chairs and directorsResponsible to the relevant Boards for the overall performance of the Management Service Provider (MSP) and overall delivery of the relevant MSAsProactive general management, coordination, direction and supervision of the operational, financial, and business development activities of the LIFTCosActive engagement in specific issues as and when escalated by the operational, financial, and business development leadsEstablishing and maintaining a close professional relationship with key individuals within external organisations and parties, including FM Providers, Tenants, Funders, Joint Venture Partners as well as the NHS, local authorities (and other public sector) partnersLiaise with the Director of Operational Partnerships to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to LIFT issues which impact across individual LIFTCo boundaries and differing LIFT portfoliosEstablish and maintain a close professional working relationship with the Strategy Associate Director for the area.
