Your Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage baselines to support contractual and performance metrics.
• Lead planning discipline for complex infrastructure projects.
• Conduct meetings and workshops to assess project progress and performance.
• Manage contract requirements related to schedules.
• Provide advanced reporting outputs such as Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Integrate schedule, cost, and risk functions.
• Evaluate critical paths and perform scenario planning to mitigate issues and improve efficiencies.
• Ensure contractor schedule updates and baselines are maintained.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Experience in transportation, energy, defense, water, or rail industries, with knowledge of NEC contracts.
• People management experience within project controls or planning.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to work independently and in teams.
