Your Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage baselines to support contractual and performance metrics.
- Lead planning discipline for complex infrastructure projects.
- Conduct meetings and workshops to assess project progress and performance.
- Manage contract requirements related to schedules.
- Provide advanced reporting outputs such as Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Integrate schedule, cost, and risk functions.
- Evaluate critical paths and perform scenario planning to mitigate issues and improve efficiencies.
- Ensure contractor schedule updates and baselines are maintained.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Experience in transportation, energy, defense, water, or rail industries, with knowledge of NEC contracts.
- People management experience within project controls or planning.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to work independently and in teams.
