You will lead accounts, drive high levels of client satisfaction, and seek new business opportunities as the main senior client point of contact. Responsibilities

Apply excellent level of scientific, commercial and strategic expertise and act as a true partner to clients. Think beyond the brief and advise at a high level of strategic thinking. Maintain excellent levels of client service and instill these standards within the wider PR team. Provide senior support to account teams on client discussions where appropriate.

Essential Requirements

Degree educated. Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and presentation abilities. Ability to flex style according to the needs of clients and teams. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Desired Requirements

Experience in media relations, data communications, disease state awareness campaigns, and corporate communications. Strong project management skills, including team delegation, timeline and budget tracking, quality control, and logistics planning. Understanding of social media processes/tools/approach/regulations, corporate review processes, healthcare regulations/pharma industry and issues management.
