This role is client-facing, requiring strong stakeholder management, analytical capability, and an in-depth understanding of programme management within the built environment.As a Gleeds team member, you will have access to:Opportunities to develop and grow your careerA contributory pension schemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeOur Global Travel Scholarship ProgrammeFlexible working arrangementsOpportunity to work on some of the UK's largest and most complex programmesA collaborative consultancy environment with clear career progression pathwaysContinuous professional development and support towards chartership/accreditationCompetitive salary and benefits packageWho we’re looking for:Experience, Knowledge and Key SkillsProven experience in programme advisory, project delivery, or data analyticsSector knowledge in transport, utilities, water, aviation or public sector.Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skillsContribute to a dynamic, inclusive team cultureStrong understanding of programme methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2, APM)Knowledge of UK Construction and Infrastructure delivery models such as NEC contracts, and public and private sector governance.Commercial awareness with the ability to balance risk, cost and value in client advisoryProficiency with programme controls tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI) desirable.Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplineProfessional accreditation desirable (e.g. APM, RICS, PMI, or equivalent).Experience working within a consultancy environment, ideally on major UK infrastructure or real-estate programmes.Track record of delivering programme advisory services, governance, and assurance.What You’ll DoSupport delivery of major programmes across sectors.Advise clients on the development, governance, and execution of complex capital programmes across infrastructure sectors.Support the design and implementation of programme management frameworks, controls and reporting structuresConduct programme health checks, maturity assessments, and assurance reviews to evaluate performance and identify risks.Shape programme strategy, assurance, controls, and transformation.Work closely with clients to deliver tangible outcomes.Contribute to a dynamic, inclusive team culture.Collaborate with Project Managers, Cost Managers, and technical specialists to align delivery with strategic goals.Support clients in change management, organisational transformation, and capability building.Prepare and present cleat, insightful reports and recommendations for Senior stakeholders.About usA world of opportunitityGleeds is a global property and construction consultancy with over 150 years of expertise, operating in 28 countries worldwide.
