Within our consult business, we harness our unique combination of leading-edge practical expertise and project delivery consultancy to unlock the potential in every project. The project involves delivering water and water recycling projects and/or programmes within an AMP8 programme for a utilities provider in the South East. The role is for a Senior Project Controls Manager who will lead project teams, manage governance, risk, cost and change control, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams in a collaborative environment interacting with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver multiple water and water recycling projects and/or programmes within the AMP8 programme.
  • Ensure client project governance procedures are followed, including risk, cost and change control.
  • Collaborate with other teams across the business to deliver projects.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Membership of professional bodies (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent demonstrable development.
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape project outlook.
