Our experience ranges from capital maintenance improvements across the existing prison estate and courts through to the delivery of the first new build prisons, HMP five wells and fosse way. Testament to our track record of delivery and capability in the custodial sector, Mace was appointed as delivery partner for a further four new prisons and then as estates delivery partner (EDP) in 2021 to deliver additional prison places through expansions in the existing prison estate.
