This role is based in London and may involve hybrid working patterns depending on client requirements.ResponsibilitiesSignificant experience managing multiple disciplines/teams/advisors/clients on infrastructure projects/programmes across the lifecycle; able to challenge/set strategy.Provide excellent leadership, manage performance, and use resources efficiently to meet stakeholder expectations in ambiguous environments.Lead and be accountable for health, safety, and wellbeing; practical understanding of CDM and applying it across teams.Anticipate client challenges and determine applicable solutions, innovating as necessary.Promote inclusive teamwork and a one-business mindset with trust across teams and clients.Develop client and industry partnerships and grow relationships.Use leadership to bring purpose and vision to life and expand impact.Coach and mentor others, foster development, spot emerging potential.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management across diverse personalities; build long-term trusted advisor relationships.Maintain a creative, curious, growth mindset and act as a role model; promote inclusive environments.QualificationsBeneficial ExperienceExperience of utilities/water infrastructure project and/or programme management, including end-to-end lifecycle or development/delivery stages.Experience with complex procurement and NEC/other contract forms.High level of commercial management with complex arrangements.Experience building and leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing contractors/consultants/advisors on infrastructure projects/programmes in different environments, across sectors.Experience in consultancy and/or client-side project management.Familiarity with public sector organisations relevant to infrastructure; sustainability application to projects/programmes.Delivery within complex operational environments; experience in reporting in complex stakeholder/regulatory environments.Preferred QualificationsDegree in management/construction/infrastructure or equivalent experience.Chartered status with APM, ICE, or equivalent; project management certification (APM/PRINCE2/MSP/ChPP).NEC Accreditations or qualifications; CSCS or equivalent; NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualifications; CDM awareness.Sustainability knowledge (e.g., Carbon Literacy); leadership/soft skills certification.Additional InformationWe offer a great place to work with opportunities to affect change and support for work-life balance.
