They are seeking an Associate Director with Quantum experience within the construction and engineering sector.The construction consultancy and dispute related service they provide include commercial management, planning, dispute resolution and expert witness services.Typical projects they provide services on include civil engineering, road, rail, building and PFI projects.As part of your role as Associate Director, Quantum you will be expected to work with a variety of clients from government organisations to contractors and subcontractors, across a range of sectors within the construction industry.Responsibilities and DutiesAs an Associate Director within a leading multidisciplinary disputes consultancy, typical job duties will include:Developing and expanding business opportunities through utilisation of your own network of contacts and building new networks as part of your business development responsibilitiesUndertaking the forensic analysis of tender, contract and claims documentationCarry out independent preparation of claims for loss and expensePerform independent preparation of adjudication documentationTake responsibility for drafting written reports, setting out process, conclusions and recommendationsAdminister Standard Forms of Contract (JCT/NEC/FIDIC)Provide strategic advice at all stages of the construction life cycleMost Associate Director duties and responsibilities will be able to be carried out from the Leeds office however, some meetings may have to be undertaken at different locations across the UK.Desired Skills and ExperienceIt is expected that suitable candidates for the role of Associate Director would have relevant skills and experience to be able to undertake the role.
