You’ll work with businesses typically turning over between £3 million and £25 million, delivering tailored funding solutions and promoting our real estate banking expertise.This role relies on your strong grasp of banking, particularly real estate market dynamics, for success. You’ll be the face of the bank to brokers and professionals, helping them navigate complex funding needs and championing our proposition in the market.**What you'll be doing:*** Build and manage a portfolio of brokers, identifying new opportunities and promoting our real estate banking solutions.* Deliver creative funding strategies in the Residential and Commercial Investment Term lending market* Write high-quality credit proposals and ensure compliance with conduct risk standards.* Represent the bank through digital advocacy and professional social media.* Collaborate across teams to bring the full breadth of Lloyds Banking Group to your clients.We’re not just another bank.
