Responsibilities



  • Oversee and manage the non-performing loans (NPL) portfolio, ensuring compliance with standards.

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify credit risks and potential impacts.

  • Develop strategies for restructuring and recovery, including negotiations and legal actions.

  • Perform detailed financial analyses to evaluate repayment capabilities.

  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on NPL status.

  • Collaborate with other departments to develop clear restructuring strategies.

  • Utilise credit risk management tools to enhance decision-making.

  • Provide training and guidance to team members on credit risk management.

  • Lead crisis management and recovery negotiations.
