Overview Associate / Director - Rural Estate Manager | London | Permanent | Full-Time A prestigious property consultancy is seeking a talented and driven professional to join its Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in London. This is a senior-level role focused on estate and property management, with exciting opportunities to contribute to the team's growth in areas such as Natural Capital and Rural Diversification. Responsibilities
Serve as lead asset manager for a major estate client, working closely with senior leadership. Oversee day-to-day management of rural assets and drive strategic objectives. Deliver secured lending and professional valuations. Coordinate cross-functional teams across business lines. Lead a high-performing team on a principal instruction. Ensure compliance with internal and client standards. Support business development and contribute to the team\'s expansion.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing rural assets including let farms and residential properties. Strong leadership and delegation skills. Excellent communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships. Skilled in budgeting and resource deployment. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing business performance.
Qualifications
Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree. MRICS qualified (Rural pathway preferred) with 3-5 years post-qualification experience. CAAV/SAAVA membership is a plus.
