A highly respected property consultancy is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join its Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in Northallerton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with prestigious rural estates, delivering expert advice and managing a diverse portfolio of projects including estate reviews, diversification, and renewable energy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as principal agent for a selection of key estate clients.Conduct estate and farming business reviews.Lead and support rural diversification and renewable energy projects.Deliver secured lending and professional valuations.Manage and lead a sub-team within a larger high-performing group.Maintain and grow a strong client base.Ideal Candidate Profile:
MRICS-qualified rural surveyor with broad project experience.Strong leadership potential and client relationship skills.Excellent time management and attention to detail.Confident communicator with a flexible and composed approach.Discreet and professional, with a clear understanding of confidentiality.Qualifications & Experience:
MRICS qualified (Rural pathway preferred).CAAV membership is advantageous.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience working to deadlines in a professional environment.Benefits Package Includes:
