There are no limits to what we as team members as an organization, can achieve together.Job SummaryTrimont is currently seeking an Associate Director level professional to join the Securitised Product Group as a secondee based full-time at an investment bank client's office in London. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for EMEA SPG. The successful person will work closely with all members of the global COO team, SPG Lending management team, including Desk Heads, colleagues in Finance, Operations and Technology. The role requires a keen interest in the strategy and operations of the Fixed Income business and encompasses a large range of responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesDrive forward strategic initiativesSupport the COO team in driving business planning, business strategy and key prioritiesCreate meaningful analysis to aid SPG Lending management strategic decisionsAssist in presentations for senior management on performance metrics and key initiativesAssist development of web-based management reporting toolReview capital and returns for transactionsCoordinate between the business unit and supporting functionsSupport initiatives to effect regulatory changeRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Financial discipline preferred2+ years’ experience within finance, banking, or a similar sector.Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, including intermediate to advanced functions.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team.Resilient and adaptable, capable of thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.Self-starter who is able to work independently with minimal directionPro-active and results oriented mind-setAbility to effectively prioritise and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlinesTrimont is an equal opportunity employer, and we are proud to support and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
