The global team is made up of several sub teams that all contribute to global pipelines of implementation projects, support requests and health monitoring issues at client deployments.In this role you have responsibility over a team of potentially more senior Engineers and Technical Consultants. Some of whom have line management responsibilities. The Associate Director sets objectives and drives change & innovation. They are accountable for upholding high standards of excellence and will work with peers in management during escalations. Depending on the service they will align and collaborate with related service teams, Product Managers and Service owners.**Responsibilities*** Lead a global implementation and support engineering team responsible for delivering and maintaining MXDR solutions and related platforms across client infrastructures.* Collaborate with senior leadership teams to align strategies, processes, and priorities that enable seamless support for customers and internal stakeholders.* Ensure global consistency in ways of working, processes, and collaboration across regionally deployed teams for both implementations and BAU operations, including health monitoring.* Oversee escalation management and change governance, ensuring effective resolution of critical issues and robust processes for client-driven changes.* Manage capacity and resource allocation to maintain globally acceptable levels of engineering expertise, ensuring timely support for implementations and ongoing operations.* Drive team development and knowledge growth through mentoring, training, and capability building, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.* Optimize engineering processes and service delivery models, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with evolving business and client needs.* Provide strong leadership and stakeholder engagement, balancing strategic objectives with operational execution to deliver exceptional client outcomes.**What we are looking for in you*** Has relevant expertise and skills to assist team leads, senior engineers and consultants in decision making.* Experience leading Global teams.* Strong leadership and project management capabilities;* Exceptional client engagement and problem-solving skills.* Often has multiple industry-recognized certifications relevant to cybersecurity and leadership roles**Ways of working*** Focusing on Clients and Customers.* Working as One NCC.* Always Learning.* Being Inclusive and Respectful.* Delivering Brilliantly.* Looking Externally**Our company**At NCC Group, our mission is to create a more secure digital future.
