OverviewWillen Hospice is seeking an exceptional Associate Director – Strategic Giving & Partnerships to lead and transform our high-value fundraising. This senior role focuses on cultivating powerful partnerships, shaping and delivering innovative giving strategies, and securing sustainable income that fuels our vital work.As part of the senior leadership team, you will drive the growth of complex donor portfolios, nurture long-term corporate and philanthropy partnerships, as well as leading our trusts, legacies, and individual giving programmes. Your expertise in major gift fundraising, senior stakeholder engagement, and bespoke stewardship will be key to building sustainable relationships that deliver lasting results.This is an exciting opportunity to deepen supporter engagement, shape the future of giving at Willen Hospice and deliver the sustainable income that allows us to grow and expand our support to all that need it.What you’ll doLead and embed a culture of transformational fundraising across the organisation.Develop and deliver ambitious strategies for corporate fundraising, major donor engagement, legacy and in-memory giving, and regular giving.Lead, inspire and grow a skilled fundraising team.Oversee an income portfolio of c.£5 million, ensuring sustainable growth.What you’ll needExperienced, strategic leader who thrives on building connections and influencing at the highest level.
