Project London is hiring a dynamic and process driven design professional to lead our growing team in south west London.We are an award winning studio working across architecture, interiors and project management in the high end residential world. From first sketch to handover we create homes of lasting quality for discerning clients, blending creativity with technical rigour and clear commercial thinking.With a strong pipeline of luxury projects across London we now seek an experienced and hands on architect to lead the studio team, raising the bar on design delivery and day to day performance at a pivotal moment in our growth.About you:You are a confident and organised architect or interior designer with proven leadership on high end residential projectsYou run projects calmly and well and you enjoy helping others do the same through mentoring and sensible resourcingYou pair design flair with a commercial mindset and you understand the expectations of HNW and UHNW clientsYou know how to protect project profitability while delivering outstanding resultsYou lead with clarity, communicate with warmth and authority, and thrive in a fast paced, design led settingKey responsibilities:Lead the design team, driving process, efficiency and profitability across projectsLead multiple projects across all RIBA stages, from concept to completionOversee client presentations, drawing packages, technical detailing, and specificationsTake ownership of resourcing and time planning across your team (experience with Harvest or similar a plus)Support team members through mentorship and day-to-day guidanceMonitor project profitability and ensure that scope and fees are proactively managedOversee contract administration and liaise with consultants and contractors on siteMaintain quality across all deliverables, ensuring design integrity and technical complianceUphold Project London’s standards of design, communication, and professionalismRequired qualifications:Degree in Architecture or Interior DesignStrong experience across all RIBA stages, particularly in luxury residential projectsProven ability to lead project teams, both in-studio and on-siteExcellent knowledge of UK building regulations, contract administration, and construction methodsConfident managing clients, consultants, and contractorsHighly proficient in Vectorworks (2D)Skilled in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft OfficeExperienced with (or open to learning) time-tracking and resource planning toolsDetail-oriented, process-driven, and commercially awareWhy join Project London?Competitive salary, based on experienceHybrid working model: 3 days in our Parsons Green studio, 2 days remote25 days’ holiday per year, plus office closure over the Christmas breakBe part of a collaborative and forward-thinking teamMeaningful career progression opportunities as the studio growsDirect influence over design direction, delivery, and studio cultureHow to apply:Step one: complete our short application quiz here – this should take no more than 20-30 minutes.
