About you: You are a confident and organised architect or interior designer with proven leadership on high end residential projects You run projects calmly and well and you enjoy helping others do the same through mentoring and sensible resourcing You pair design flair with a commercial mindset and you understand the expectations of HNW and UHNW clients You know how to protect project profitability while delivering outstanding results You lead with clarity, communicate with warmth and authority, and thrive in a fast paced, design led setting
