Overview: This role involves working closely with the Building Consultancy Team to support the delivery of planned works, commissioning of Long Term Asset Replacement Plans, managing permit-to-work systems, and overseeing PPMs to ensure buildings are operated in a proactive, compliant, and responsible manner. The role requires alignment with service charge budgets and property strategies while ensuring adherence to CDM Regulations and maintaining open communication with clients and occupiers. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on and support the execution of planned maintenance and refurbishment works. Commission and oversee Long Term Asset Replacement Plans. Ensure the implementation of effective permit-to-work systems and monitor planned preventative maintenance schedules. Ensure full compliance with statutory obligations, CDM Regulations, and other regulatory requirements. Ensure service charge budgets are aligned with asset plans and that client and occupier communication is effectively managed. Monitor statutory and internal compliance, arrange audits and assessments, and coordinate with service partners on documentation and systems.
