A well-established, employee-owned planning consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director (Town Planning) to join their team at either their Bedford or Rugby office.

Leading on site promotion and local plan work Providing expert planning advice to clients Preparing for and attending hearings and public inquiries Building and maintaining client relationships Supporting business development and networking activity Mentoring junior team members and overseeing project deliveryThe position also involves helping to grow the consultancy’s presence in the East Midlands and East of England regions, while contributing to a nationwide portfolio that includes residential, commercial, and specialist housing schemes.

Essential Criteria:

Chartered RTPI membership Strong planning knowledge across a variety of development types Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive and organised approach to project delivery Full UK driving licenceDesirable Experience:
