Associate Director – Town Planning

As Associate Director, you’ll bring strategic insight, lead complex planning projects, and play a key role in mentoring emerging talent. This senior-level position offers a clear path to Directorship for those who demonstrate leadership and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead diverse planning projects and advise clients across sectors
• Deliver strategic planning submissions, appeals, and site promotions
• Represent clients at committees, examinations, and public forums
• Drive business development and contribute thought leadership
• Mentor junior colleagues and help shape the consultancy’s future

About You

• RTPI Chartered with 6+ years’ experience
• Strong technical expertise and commercial acumen
• Existing client relationships and a strategic mindset
• Excellent communicator and collaborative team player
