Associate Director – Transaction Services London | £95,000 – £115,000 + £5,500 car allowance + 10–15% bonus

What you’ll be doing: Leading multiple, complex Transaction Services engagements. Utilise your strong Financial Due Diligence experience to work with various clients or sector-specific clients. Developing and maintaining senior client relationships. Driving business development and shaping new propositions. Coaching and developing junior talent within the team. Providing strategic, data-driven insights to help clients unlock value.
What we’re looking for: ACA (or equivalent) with significant Transaction Services / Deal Advisory experience. Proven ability to lead large, complex projects end-to-end. Strong exposure to Private Equity and Corporate clients. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Track record of leading and inspiring multi-disciplinary teams.
