About the Role

Our European Valuation & Modelling Services team is expanding rapidly, with established teams across London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich, Madrid, and Paris. We focus on M&A, Contentious Valuations, Financial Instruments, and Business Modelling. We seek an experienced Valuations professional at Associate Director level in London.

Responsibilities

• Work on valuation and modelling engagements across Europe
• Perform high-quality data and valuation analyses
• Engage in challenging modelling projects, including deal models and business plans
• Prepare client reports and deliverables
• Build client relationships and participate in internal and external networking

Projects

• Valuations in Restructuring, M&A, Disputes, and Litigation
• Financial Instruments, IP Valuations, Fairness Opinions, Purchase Price Allocations

Requirements

• Valuations experience at a Big 4, consulting, or independent firm
• Strong educational background in Finance/Mathematics
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages valued
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset
