Due to internal promotions, theyre now looking for an Associate Director-level valuer to work on loan security-focused residential and commercial valuations.

Based in their West End, London office, this high-performing team handles a diverse range of valuation instructions across Central London and the South East, working with many of the leading high street and challenger banks.

The UK team is around 30 strong, with about half based in London.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? A large part of this role involves providing valuation advice to clients for loan security, accounts, and other purposes including tax, acquisitions, disposals, and financial reporting, with a solid mix of commercial and residential work.

Youll be working with a diverse client base that will keep you busy and engaged.

Clients include major lending organisations such as UK clearing banks and alternative lenders, as well as investors, developers, local authorities, and landed estates.

RESPONSIBILITIES Produce Red Book valuation reports to a very high standard Set a positive and professional example to more junior team members in line with the firms culture and standards.

Adhere to internal processes, lender requirements and RICS regulations Build professional business through networking internally and externally WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR? MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer Experience in writing clear and concise reports and providing strategic property advice and due diligence Capabilities in Microsoft applications as well as Kel / Argus.

Experience of statutory, development and investment valuations across different asset types Willingness to oversee and assist junior colleagues Demonstrable communication skills WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?
