Value Creation Team Joining our Value Creation team will give you exposure to a wide variety of exciting organisations in the public and private sectors, including listed corporates, private equity funds, large corporates, government agencies, and large complex transformation programmes. Our clients require support for a broad range of reasons, but common to all is the need to improve business performance and create value for their stakeholders. Role Overview Interpath is expanding rapidly and is looking to add driven and talented individuals to support ambitious growth plans. Successful applicants will enhance Interpath’s reputation through consistent high‑quality project delivery, support clients across multiple sectors with data analysis, develop recommendations and implementation plans, support senior leaders with business development, and support ongoing product development. Key Responsibilities
Be responsible for analysis and development of recommendations, overseeing and coaching junior team members at times. Deliver workstreams with oversight from senior, experienced individuals. Support production of deliverables and reports for senior team review and client communications. Support business development activity through research, analysis, and opportunity development. Continuously identify areas for self‑development and action plans. Provide flexible support to client needs, including travel within UK and abroad as required. Lead by example, living our Interpath values and promoting an inclusive and diverse team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required. 7‑10 years post‑degree experience in management consulting, audit, or financial services. Chartered Accountancy or other similar professional qualification preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem‑solving skills, hypothesis‑driven approach. Alteryx, PowerBI, Qlik, or other Data & Analytics experience is preferred.
