The Role

GKR International has partnered with an expanding Estate Agency looking to add an Associate Director to their growing Sales team. This is a growth hire, focusing on winning property mandates, generating buyers, and increasing market share across key Scottish postcodes.

What You’ll Need

5+ Years of experience in sales
Experience in winning instructions and driving new business
Local knowledge of areas like Stirling, Perth, and Fife
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset

What We Offer

Upto £45k basic salary
£70-80k+ OTE
