This is a great opportunity to step into a senior leadership role overseeing operations across the North for a growing and innovative property management business.
The Role
As Associate Director for the North region, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Property Managers and an Operations Manager, ensuring exceptional service delivery across a diverse portfolio. - A clear understanding of the financial, regulatory, and operational requirements of residential estate management.
- Strong client relationship skills, particularly with RMCs and key stakeholders.
- A passion for service excellence and continuous improvement.
- The ability to contribute to strategic business planning and growth initiatives.
The Package
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Opportunity to influence regional strategy and shape the future of a growing business
- Supportive leadership team and a culture that invests in its people
