Are you an experienced leader in estate management with a track record of delivering high-quality service and developing high-performing teams? This is a great opportunity to step into a senior leadership role overseeing operations across the North for a growing and innovative property management business.


The Role

As Associate Director for the North region, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Property Managers and an Operations Manager, ensuring exceptional service delivery across a diverse portfolio. You’ll play a key part in shaping strategic decisions, driving operational excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with clients—particularly Resident Management Companies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing your team, setting clear performance goals and fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
  • Overseeing operational delivery across the Northern region, ensuring compliance, financial performance, and service quality.
  • Supporting business growth by integrating new developments into the portfolio and contributing to strategic planning.
  • Promoting continuous improvement in service delivery and team performance.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for high-profile clients and managing escalated issues.
  • Delivering regular reports and insights to the senior leadership team, using data to inform decisions.


The Person

We’re looking for a confident, proactive leader with a background in block or estate management, strong commercial awareness, and a people-first mindset. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, change-focused environment and be skilled at both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.

You should bring:

  • Experience leading and developing property or operations teams.
  • A clear understanding of the financial, regulatory, and operational requirements of residential estate management.
  • Strong client relationship skills, particularly with RMCs and key stakeholders.
  • A passion for service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to contribute to strategic business planning and growth initiatives.
