Associate Director – Mixed Use Residential

Oxford Circus

£70,000 – £80,000 + benefits


A leading property management business is seeking an experienced Associate Director to take a senior leadership role within its Mixed Use Residential division.


This is a strategic, people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys combining operational oversight with leadership and team development. You’ll work closely with senior management to ensure service excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction across a varied and complex portfolio.


The Role

As Associate Director, you’ll lead and support a team of property managers and support staff, overseeing day-to-day operations while contributing to longer-term departmental strategy.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing property management teams
  • Overseeing departmental workflow, compliance, and reporting
  • Acting as a senior escalation point for complex property, client, and resident issues
  • Monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure consistent delivery
  • Supporting strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across the business


This position does not carry a direct property portfolio — the focus is on leadership, quality assurance, and operational performance.


About You

You’ll be an accomplished property management professional with proven leadership experience and the confidence to influence and motivate teams at all levels.


Key skills & experience:

  • Senior management experience in residential or mixed-use property management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of leasehold management, compliance, and client reporting
  • Commercial awareness, including budgeting and income tracking
  • Proficiency with Qube, Dwellant, and Microsoft 365
  • IRPM or RICS qualification (or working towards) preferred


The Offer

  • Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)
  • Location: Oxford Circus
  • Working pattern: Hybrid – Monday and Wednesday in the office, other days remote or on site as required
