Our client is a leading real estate consultancy with a long track record of managing landmark assets across Central London. They are seeking an experienced and ambitious property professional to join their expanding Property Management team.
This opportunity involves managing high-profile, multi-let office buildings for a key Central London estate. The role requires a strong technical understanding of complex multi-schedule service charge budgets, alongside exceptional client care and tenant relationship management skills.
About the Role
Working closely with the Asset Managers, you will take direct responsibility for the day-to-day management of Central London multi-let office assets. The position requires a balance of operational oversight, financial management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards and delivers long-term value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the delivery of first-class management services for a Central London multi-let office.
- Preparing, monitoring, and reconciling complex multi-schedule service charge budgets.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, fostering strong relationships, and addressing issues effectively.
- Working in close partnership with the client’s Asset Managers to deliver strategic goals.
- Managing arrears and ensuring robust debt recovery procedures are in place.
- Coordinating with facilities management and specialist service providers (e.g., ESG, data, procurement, technology).
- Ensuring assets are well-maintained, compliant, and offer a high-quality customer experience.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be MRICS qualified (or equivalent) with solid experience in property management.
- Have direct experience managing complex, multi-let Central London assets.
- Possess strong knowledge of service charge structures, particularly multi-schedule budgets.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both clients and occupiers.
- Have proven experience in tenant liaison and debt management.
- Be collaborative, ambitious, and able to manage junior team members where required.
- Be comfortable working in London four days per week.
Our client prides themselves on delivering consistent, high-quality property management services that add real value to their clients’ assets. Their team is growing, with a focus on innovation, customer service, and sustainability. This is an opportunity to work on some of London’s most prestigious office buildings within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
