A dynamic, leading Construction Consultancy that are based near Crawley are now looking for an experienced and driven Associate Director to join their close-knit team. The Associate Director will be joining a successful Consultancy and will play a crucial role in managing a team and delivering schemes in the High-end Residential sector. The Company that the Associate Director will be joining: The Associate Director will be joining an established Consultancy with a presence in the UK and globally, along with a busy pipeline that requires an Associate Director to support the delivery of these current schemes. The Associate Director will be given the opportunity to run their own team and the schemes being delivered are a mixture of New Build and Refurbishments and are based in Cobham, Oxford and West Sussex. The projects contract values will range up to £20m.
