We are looking for an Associate Director to be based in Reading, Southampton or Cambridge working across varied projects, including major residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. Karen Barnes, Associate Director As an Associate Director level you will: Make a significant contribution to major and complex projects or manage a portfolio of smaller projects; Actively seek, win and deliver profitable new work; Actively support the leadership team and make an effective contribution to the business unit; Be supported to develop and grow professionally; Be part of a dynamic, supportive and well established Planning team. To be successful in this role, you will be/have: Highly-motivated and dedicated with the ability to think strategically and to work with our team to further develop our business. Someone who brings energy, ideas, and positivity Developing experience of winning new work as a Senior Planner and demonstrable experience of winning new work at Associate Director level. Developed strong relationships within your network of clients and contacts.
