to spearhead the development of their

secondary healthcare services, with a particular focus on dental and pharmacy valuations. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead a specialist service line within a well-established business. Working closely with the Head of Healthcare, the successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding the firms footprint across key regional markets, delivering high-quality valuation and advisory services, and driving new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of secondary healthcare services, including valuation, acquisition, disposal, and lease advisory. Build and maintain strong relationships with both lending institutions and investor clients. Deliver high-quality valuation reports and negotiate effectively across a range of healthcare property transactions. Meet and exceed financial targets through proactive business development and client engagement. Contribute to the strategic direction of the healthcare division and support its long-term growth. Candidate Profile MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience. RICS Registered Valuer with strong technical expertise in healthcare valuations. Proven track record in the dental and pharmacy sectors is highly desirable. Excellent communication, report writing, and analytical skills. Self-motivated, commercially minded, and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
