Our client are on an incredible growth trajectory and their Healthcare team is widely known and respected as a major force across the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Associate Director or Director to spearhead the development of their secondary healthcare services, with a particular focus on care home valuations. This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity to build and shape a specialist service line within a dynamic and growing healthcare division. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Healthcare to establish and grow the care home valuation offering across targeted regions, contributing to both strategic development and fee generation. Role Overview

Take ownership of the care home valuation service, including acquisition, disposal, rent reviews, and lease advisory. Drive business development efforts to secure new instructions and build long-term client relationships. Deliver high-quality valuation reports and advice to a range of clients, including banks, investors, and operators. Play a key role in shaping the divisions strategy and achieving financial targets. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to raise the profile of the healthcare division. Ideal Candidate

MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience. RICS Registered Valuer with strong technical expertise in care home valuations. Proven experience in the healthcare property sector, ideally within secondary healthcare. Strong communication, analytical, and report writing skills. Commercially minded, proactive, and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
