The Role

Join our expanding Oncology team as an Associate Director and lead the execution and delivery of diverse projects across various clients and cancer indications. You will be instrumental in transforming research into impactful insights and cultivating strong, lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering end-to-end research
  • Contributing to innovative proposals
  • Mentoring team members
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and the impact of your work

This role offers a hybrid working environment, with 3 days in the office and the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.

About You / Qualifications

  • Significant knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative ad-hoc research techniques
  • A strong interest in working in Oncology across a range of clients and indications
  • Experience leading complex multi-country studies across a range of methodologies for oncology pharmaceutical brands
  • Financial awareness and experience of proactively managing finances on projects
  • Experience with AI-Based Research Tools: Practical experience using AI-powered tools for research tasks, including data analysis platforms and automation tools
