Buckden Partners have been mandated to search for an Associate Director/VP on behalf of one of our clients who are an alternative lender within Real Estate Finance.

This is an opportunity for someone looking to develop fully into an origination role or has 1-3 years experience in origination.

You will be responsible for sourcing and networking through a professional network in order to bid for new business transactions.

Our client focusses on Development finance transactions from £5million to £100million.

Once the loan has been agreed the transaction is executed and managed by a separate team, however you will stay close to the deal.

Ideally you will have experience in Development Finance but not essential.
