Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Mentoring – Managing and motivating team leaders, providing guidance on technical queries, and driving continuous improvement.
• Training & Development – Identifying training needs, devising individual development plans, and delivering tailored training programs.
• Case Management – Handling a reduced caseload of high-value, complex claims while maintaining quality standards.
• Operational Oversight – Ensuring workflow efficiency, overseeing capacity planning, and monitoring performance against service level agreements.
• Business Strategy & Client Relations – Supporting recruitment initiatives, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
