Overview Associate Director for Real Estate Cost Management (Construction) — responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech clients. You will be self-motivated and driven to establish Turner & Townsend as the #1 Consultancy, embedding and promoting our values. Responsibilities
Sets a clear strategy and ambition for the team, leading inclusively to leverage the variety of perspectives, insights and knowledge of our people. Qualifications
Proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle. Professionally qualified (RICS or similar). Degree or HNC level qualification. Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
