Overview

Associate Director for Real Estate Cost Management (Construction) — responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech clients. You will be self-motivated and driven to establish Turner & Townsend as the #1 Consultancy, embedding and promoting our values.

Responsibilities

  • Sets a clear strategy and ambition for the team, leading inclusively to leverage the variety of perspectives, insights and knowledge of our people.
  • Identifies, coaches and mentors talent to realise their potential and celebrates the success of others.

  • Maintains a detailed understanding of the market, acts as a brand ambassador and creates a pipeline of opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
  • Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
  • Degree or HNC level qualification.
  • Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
