We are seeking an ambitious Associate Director for our Real Estate Cost Management team, working with Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech clients. The role is focused on providing leadership and direction to the team and embedding Turner & Townsend values. Responsibilities

Sets a clear strategy and ambition for the team, leveraging diverse perspectives and knowledge to make Turner & Townsend a great place to work. Qualifications

A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle Professionally qualified (RICS or similar) Degree or HNC level qualification Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time
