Exclusive to PropSource Consulting - Associate Town Planner or Associate Director Salary: 70-75kLocation EdinburghI’m currently working exclusively with a Planning Consultancy who are looking to make a senior hire at Associate or Associate Director level to lead the charge with the growth of their office in Edinburgh and become a future leader of the business and eventually the head of the Scotland office with an achievable progression plan and attractive timeframe. This is a close-knit team that don’t take themselves too seriously but can switch gears to get things done. They work with a range of smaller and national clients across the UK and Ireland and cover a range of sectors with a strong focus on residential, renewable energy (solar farms, win farms and battery storage), infrastructure, retail and also cover office buildings, commercial and industrial projects. You will be expected to manage planning applications and appeals, prepare appraisals and development submissions, act as a leader within the business, assist with the growth of the office including mentoring more junior members of staff.
